Appeals Trial for Myriad Patent Case Begin

Amid many watchful eyes, today marked the opening of the appeals case for Myriad Genetics’ patent claim dispute.  For approximately 70 minutes, oral arguments were presented before the team of Federal judges, followed by a round of questioning to the attorneys from both sides.
